Your ELEVATE™ accessory is made for many rides. To keep it in its best condition:

· Clean it with a soft cloth slightly dampened with mild soap; remove excess water and let it air dry.

· Avoid getting it excessively wet or submerging it.

· Store it away from intense heat and prolonged direct sunlight to preserve its color and feel.

· Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning products.

Returns

Returns must be requested within ten (10) days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Change of mind: If you are returning an item simply because you have changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Defective or damaged items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return, please write to shop@ninawoof.com. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange (please allow up to 5 days). Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
