REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. How to measure: With a soft measuring tape, measure their upper neck at the widest point, make sure to leave space for two fingers to fit between the collar and the neck. If your dog is between sizes, go up one size.
